this is the famous Pont du Gard yg appear kt note 5 euro tuh.... hehehehe.

Pont du Gard was built to transfer water of the aqueduct across the river Gard
It was part of a system which provided 200,000 cubic meters to the city
It was probably constructed in the middle of first century AD
Pont du Gard was constructed without the use of mortar
It is considered a masterpiece of Roman engineering
Pont du Gard is the highest of all Roman aqueduct bridges
It survived decay due to its secondary function as a bridge across the valley
A bridge attached to it was built by Henri Pitot in the eighteenth century
Pont du Gard is a UNESCO World Heritage Site
